01

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information processed through the FRONT website, partner workspace, inquiry and registration forms, events and direct communications with Frontier Partners Inc.

It does not govern websites or services operated independently by third parties, even when FRONT links to them.

02

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, role, inquiry topic, message content and communication preferences.

When you create an account, we also process login identifiers and account-security information. Passwords are transmitted for authentication and are not displayed back to our team.

03

Information collected automatically

When you use FRONT, our systems may receive device and browser type, IP address, approximate region, visited pages, referring page, timestamps, language preference and technical diagnostic information.

We may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies required for language selection, sessions, security, performance and aggregate analytics.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, create and secure accounts, provide requested services, manage partner relationships, personalize language and content, and communicate operational notices.

We also use information to prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, understand service performance, maintain records and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

05

Legal bases and choices

Depending on your location and the context, processing may be based on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or your consent.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. You can opt out of non-essential communications using the provided method or by contacting us.

06

How we share information

We may share information with carefully selected service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics and professional operations under appropriate obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a corporate transaction or with your direction. We do not sell personal information.

07

International processing

FRONT serves partners across multiple markets. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one where you live.

Where required, we use contractual, organizational or other recognized safeguards for international transfers and evaluate service providers before engagement.

08

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including relationship management, security, dispute resolution and legal recordkeeping.

Retention periods vary by record type and obligation. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize or securely isolate it in accordance with our procedures.

09

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect your credentials, use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a relevant authority.

To make a request, email support@frontierpartners.inc with enough detail for us to understand and verify it. We may request reasonable identity confirmation and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11

Children, updates and contact

FRONT is intended for professional and adult audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@frontierpartners.inc.
